The RM of Snipe Lake invites tenders for the finishing of part of the basement of the Administration building located at 213 Main Street S, Eston Sask.

 Project Overview - supply all materials and labour and permits for completion of project, including:

 - framing, insulating  drywalling and mudding exterior walls

- framing, drywalling and mudding of interior walls

- ceiling tile (suspended)

- doors (prefinished white)

- trim (prefinished white)

- primed and painted to egg shell good quality latex paint

- counter top bathroom and coffee area -

- plumbing 2 sinks, 1 toilet, plus obtaining of permit

- all electrical (outlets, switches, overhead LED in panel lighting, plus obtaining of permit

- installation of data outlets (CAT63 wiring and outlets, computer and telephone)

- flooring to a medium volume quality - carpet tile, color choice to be agreed to

Project completion date - within 6 weeks from the date the contract is awarded. 

It is recommended that interested parties view the site of the project prior to submitting their bid.

Approximate Quantities

- The area is approximately 705 square feet.

- 1600 sq feet gyproc

- 704 square feet (suspended ceiling, plywood)

- 6 interior hollow core prefinished doors, baseboard. 

- 704 square feet of carpeting

Workers’ compensation costs to be paid by the contractor. A letter of good standing will be required prior to final payment being issued.  Please supply specifications for materials as part of the price quotation.
