Located in the south of municipality on the South Saskatchewan River is the Eston Riverside Regional Park.  The park features an outdoor pool, playground and kids park, baseball field, community hall, concession stand, riverside cabins, a 9-hole grass greens golf course, and campgrounds for seasonal visitors.  

 

The entrance to the park is marked by a historical plaque commemorating the prairie trails that were once used by area pioneers.  Cairns have been erected to mark many of the old country school sites in the municipality.  The scenic South Saskatchewan River hills abound with wildlife, tipi rings, a buffalo jump and other evidence of the region's Aboriginal history. 

 

This 9 hole course is a hidden gem.  The course features desert-style links with lush fairways, but avoid the rough!  Favourable par 5's and narrow par 4's create a unique challenge for any golfer.  

 

Affordable memberships along with driving range, putting green and power cart storage make it the golfer's golf course.  The licensed clubhouse is equipped for corporate functions or family events with screened in outdoor enclosure for a comfortable area to relax and socialize.  Light snacks and golf accessories are also available.
